What happens during a consultation?

Homeopathy

Your first consultation will form a basis of any treatment I prescribe. This can take up to 90 minutes and will be the basis for all future treatments. During this consultation I will take your full case history, which may start from your birth and include any family history that I feel will be relevant to your case.

Follow up consultations are around 30-40 minutes and phone follow ups are also available. 

Any remedies prescribed will be given to you on the day or delivered via Royal Mail dependent on stock.

It is important to note how much we can be affected by emotional traumas and I encourage you to be as open as possible in these sessions.

Craniosacral Therapy 

First consultation can be up to 90 minutes. During this consultation I will take your full case history, which may start from your birth and include any family history that I feel will be relevant to your case. 

The hands on part of the session will take up to 60 minutes but depend on the needs and reaction of the clients system.

Follow ups will be up to 60 minutes but again will depend on the needs and reaction of the clients system.
